We are about to begin and her nerves set in “I’m so excited and nervous at the same time, we are so awkward as a couple in front of a camera I am sorry in advance if we don’t turn out as well as you hope” Shaky words from Gem as we walk to length of the beach area. I hold her hand and let her know everything will be just right, she has nothing to worry about. It always amazes me how people feel about themselves, because when I see them I view them in an entirely different light. When I photograph a person or a couple in particular I see the love they share and that’s what I photograph.
I’ve known this couple for a little while now, they are cute as together. Josh met Gemma in early 2013 when Gemma was a barista at Muffin break. The sparks were there and this year the two are tying the knot in May, but before they say “I do” we took them to the beach for an engagement photo shoot.
I think we witnessed two people fall in love all over again that afternoon. You be the judge 🙂
Shortly after releasing the images to our couple we received this note; “We are so in love with our pics Amy.
Josh sent me this txt: ‘I’m just staring at this photo of you cookie.
I am so in love you with I just cant believe I’m marrying the girl in this picture x x’
We have shown everyone at work, and everyone has said how perfect they are. You are incredible”
Josh and Gemma you are worth it, and absolutely welcome.
Until Next Time
